About Nathan Spells

Owner, Aspect Media Holdings, LLC — Marianna, Florida

I am Nathan. I own Aspect Media Holdings, LLC, a print-on-demand business with three active product lines running on Printify and Etsy. This is not a startup story. I did not build a six-figure business in 90 days. I built the legal and financial foundation correctly, made operational mistakes along the way, and kept detailed records of both — and I built this course from what I actually learned.

The Business Behind the Course

What "real business" means in practice: three product lines actively listed, a designer who handles production files, a bookkeeper who runs QuickBooks monthly, and quarterly taxes that get paid on time. That last one used to feel like a high bar. It is not, once the system is in place.

Aspect Media Holdings, LLC operates a family matching shirts line, a Dogs and Coffee line, and a Scout Apparel line through Printify. The business has a team: Meghan handles design, Sarah handles bookkeeping. The infrastructure that makes a team possible — the LLC, the EIN, the business bank account, the QuickBooks system — was built before the first product was listed.

Why I Built This Course

The moment I am most glad I did this correctly came the first time Etsy issued a 1099-K. For anyone who has not been through that: Etsy reports your gross sales to the IRS when you cross the threshold, and you get a form in January. If you do not have your books current, that form is terrifying. You have no idea what portion is taxable, what you can offset with deductions, or whether you have set enough aside.

I had the bookkeeping in place. It was a routine close instead of a crisis.

That experience is exactly why this course exists. I could not find a course that covered all of it — the entity, the tax setup, the bookkeeping, the operating routine — before sending students to the storefront. Every course I found started at the listing. None of them started at the LLC.

"So I built the one I needed."

The Legit Launch covers everything the other courses skip — in the order you actually need it. Legal first, money second, operations third. By the time you design your first product, you have a real business underneath it.
